Three principles of scientific weight loss: Avoid extreme and bizarre methods.
In terms of classification, I've divided these methods into five categories.
The first category, dietary weight loss methods, and the second, highly effective body shaping methods, are weight loss methods added based on the guiding principles of the entire book.
The third category, appetite control methods, is mainly used to address the problem of people struggling to control their appetite. Although not directly for weight loss, I believe many women are interested in this.
The fourth category is daily weight loss methods, which promote weight loss through daily exercise, suitable for housewives and office workers.
The fifth category is mental motivation methods. As I emphasized before, a strong mindset is crucial during the weight loss process, so I've simply listed some methods to strengthen your belief in weight loss.
Finally, I must remind everyone:
First, the correct weight loss method is definitely not an extreme one. Weight loss is not a magic trick; it cannot come at the cost of harming your body. Weight loss is essentially a healthy lifestyle, which means it absolutely cannot go to extremes. Most businesses promoting extreme weight loss methods are either profit-driven, leading to easy rebound weight gain, or simply sensationalist tactics to grab attention. These are unacceptable.
Second, the correct weight loss method is definitely not a novelty-based approach. In terms of health and wellness, I've always opposed unusual practices, such as suggesting you eat alkaline or acidic foods, which are ineffective. Instead, the most conventional and gentle methods are the best. The correct weight loss method should primarily focus on diet and exercise.
Third, the correct weight loss method is time-sensitive. Weight loss is a long-term battle; scientific and effective weight loss should be maintained as a lifestyle over the long term. Those claiming weight loss within days or weeks can be completely disregarded.
By keeping these points in mind, everyone should have a better understanding of the various weight loss methods available and be able to distinguish between them.
