Then turn your right leg to the right, trying to touch the ground with your knee and bringing it as close to your right elbow as possible. Return to the starting position. Repeat the same movement with your left leg to the left. The repetitions and progression are the same as the first set.

The third set: Seated. Extend both legs straight out, placing both hands on the knees on the same side. Lift your right thigh, bend your right knee, and "step" forward with your right leg. "Step" forward with your left leg in the same manner. Essentially, you are using the muscles of both buttocks to alternately "walk" forward. After completing ten steps forward, "walk" backward ten steps, returning to the starting position. Do this twice a day, gradually increasing the number of repetitions until you reach five repetitions per day.

These movements can be performed on a clean floor, carpet, or mat.

The above three sets of movements can be done individually or alternately. At first, your waist, hips, buttocks, and leg muscles will be very sore, but if you persist and gradually increase the intensity, you will definitely see results.
