This phenomenon is commonly known as leaky gut syndrome, and it poses a significant threat to human health.

Leaky gut syndrome can directly affect the immune system and also cause problems such as food allergies, inflammation, malabsorption, constipation, diarrhea, rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, acne, eczema, and depression.

Leaky gut syndrome is also considered one of the main causes of obesity. Even if we consume sufficient nutrients, leaky gut syndrome can prevent the body from properly absorbing vitamins and minerals, naturally reducing the beneficial effects of these nutrients on the body.

Causes of leaky gut syndrome include: excessive intake of omega-6 fatty acids, trans fatty acids, wheat products, alcohol, processed foods, fructose, and chemicals such as pesticides and BPA, as well as the overuse of antibiotics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

To better prevent and improve leaky gut syndrome, you should first avoid the above-mentioned factors; secondly, actively consume probiotics that help regulate gut health, as well as healthy foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, dietary fiber, and polyphenols.
