(2) Heat a wok over high heat, add 50g of vegetable oil, and when the oil smokes, add the celery and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry quickly. Pour in the thickening sauce and stir-fry quickly before serving.

Creamy Asparagus
Ingredients: 500g canned asparagus, 150ml fresh milk, 25g cooked ham, 3g salt, a little pepper, starch, and cooking wine, 3g cilantro, 50g vegetable oil.

Functions: Diuretic, anti-edema, and weight loss. Suitable for patients with obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, edema, cystitis, and difficulty urinating.

Preparation:
