A perfect abdominal curve should follow the curve of the breasts and naturally extend to the curve of the hips, forming the middle section of an "S" shape. If there is excess fat in the abdomen, a woman's figure will not be an "S," but a "C."
How to eliminate abdominal fat? Some people believe that sit-ups can eliminate abdominal fat, but this is incorrect. Sit-ups can strengthen abdominal muscles, but they cannot directly eliminate abdominal fat. Abdominal fat is fat, which is reduced along with overall body fat. This training method has many benefits. Students studying bel canto in music schools, regardless of gender, practice this method. For weight loss, breathing with diaphragmatic breathing also has many benefits. Normally, when we breathe, our abdomen rises and falls with the movement of our lungs, expanding when we exhale and contracting when we inhale. This is actually a breathing method that allows the abdomen to "slack off," which, while easy, is not conducive to weight loss. The ideal breathing method for weight loss is the opposite: the abdomen expands when inhaling and contracts when exhaling, simply put, it's about aligning with the rise and fall of the lungs. Once you get used to this breathing method, you'll engage your abdominal muscles with every breath. Since we breathe over 20,000 times a day, it's hard not to lose weight this way.
Remember to consciously control the rise and fall of your abdomen. In short, you should have a feeling of "chest out, stomach in." This action consciously exercises the abdominal muscles, eliminating excess fat and tightening the abdominal muscles to achieve a flatter stomach.
After you're familiar with this breathing method, you can incorporate it into your normal breathing. You can slightly increase the frequency, but the method remains the same. Initially, you might feel uncomfortable, and it might even disrupt your normal breathing rhythm. But while doing it, keep this thought in mind: persevere, and the toxins will be expelled; persevere, and your belly fat will shrink! Use this mental cue to keep going. If you can fully utilize this detoxifying breathing method in your daily breathing, the benefits will be even greater.
You can also massage your abdomen while showering. While showering, use a handheld showerhead to massage your abdomen clockwise for one minute. The water flow directly stimulates your abdomen, not only fully massaging the abdominal muscles but also warming the stomach and lower abdomen, which can also have some therapeutic effect on constipation and menstrual cramps.
